حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ قَالَ مَرَرْتُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَمَعَهُ جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام جَالِسٌ فِي الْمَقَاعِدِ فَسَلَّمْتُ عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ أَجَزْتُ فَلَمَّا رَجَعْتُ وَانْصَرَفَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ هَلْ رَأَيْتَ الَّذِي كَانَ مَعِي قُلْتُ نَعَمْ قَالَ فَإِنَّهُ جِبْرِيلُ وَقَدْ رَدَّ عَلَيْكَ السَّلَامَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abd al-Razzaq told us: Ma'mar informed us, from al-Zuhri: Abdullah ibn Amir ibn Rabi'ah informed me, from Harithah ibn al-Nu'man, who said: I passed by the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) while Gabriel, peace be upon him, was sitting with him among the seats, and I greeted him and then passed on. When I returned and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had gone, he said: "Did you see the one who was with me?" I said: "Yes." He said: "That was Gabriel, and he has returned your greeting."
