حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ اللَّيْثِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْتِرْ بِخَمْسٍ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَسْتَطِعْ فَبِثَلَاثٍ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَسْتَطِعْ فَبِوَاحِدَةٍ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَسْتَطِعْ فَأَوْمِئْ إِيمَاءً.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yazid narrated to us, Sufyan ibn Husayn narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Ata' ibn Yazid al-Laythi, from Abu Ayyub al-Ansari, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Perform the witr prayer with five rak'ahs; if you cannot, then with three; if you cannot, then with one; if you cannot, then gesture with a nod.
