الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us: 'Awf narrated to us, from Abu al-Minhal, from Shahr ibn Hawshab, who said: Among us, the community of the Ash'aris, there was a man who had companioned the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and had witnessed with him the fine, excellent battles/occasions. 'Awf said: I reckon he was called Malik or Abu Malik. He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: 'I certainly know of people who are neither prophets nor martyrs, whom the prophets and the martyrs envy for their standing with Allah, Mighty and Majestic.'
