حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ سَوَادَةَ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَتَرْكَبُنَّ سُنَنَ مَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَكُمْ مِثْلًا بِمِثْلٍ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya ibn Ishaq narrated to us: Ibn Lahi'ah informed us, from Bakr ibn Sawadah, from Sahl ibn Sa'd al-Ansari, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "By the One in whose hand is my soul, you will surely follow the ways of those who came before you, step for step."
