حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ حَدَّثَنَا حَرِيزٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ الْخَبَائِرِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ الْبَاهِلِيَّ يَقُولُ مَا كَانَ يَفْضُلُ عَنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خُبْزُ الشَّعِيرِ.

Abu al-Mughira narrated to us: Hariz narrated to us: Sulaym ibn Amir al-Khaba'iri narrated to us, who said: I heard Abu Umama al-Bahili saying: There was nothing ever left over from the household of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) but barley bread.
