حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ مُضَرَ حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ زَحْرٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ يَرْفَعُ الْحَدِيثَ قَالَ مَنْ بَدَأَ بِالسَّلَامِ فَهُوَ أَوْلَى بِاللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَرَسُولِهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Qutayba ibn Sa'id narrated to us: Bakr ibn Mudar narrated to us: Ubaydullah ibn Zahr narrated to me, from Ali ibn Yazid, from al-Qasim, from Abu Umama, raising it as a saying of the Prophet, that he said: "Whoever initiates the greeting of peace is closer to Allah, Mighty and Majestic, and to His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him)."
