حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ وَأَبُو سَعِيدٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ أَبِي النَّجُودِ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ لَوْ لَمْ أَسْمَعْهُ مِنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَّا سَبْعًا قَالَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ إِلَّا سَبْعَ مِرَارٍ مَا حَدَّثَ بِهِ قَالَ إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ الرَّجُلُ كَمَا أُمِرَ ذَهَبَ الْإِثْمُ مِنْ سَمْعِهِ وَبَصَرِهِ وَيَدَيْهِ وَرِجْلَيْهِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya ibn Abi Bukayr and Abu Sa'id told us, they said: Za'idah told us, Asim ibn Abi al-Najud told us, from Shahr ibn Hawshab, from Abu Umamah, who said: "Had I not heard it from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, except seven [times]" -- Abu Sa'id said: "except seven times" -- "I would not have narrated it": "When a man performs ablution as he was commanded, sin departs from his hearing, his sight, his hands, and his feet."
