حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ وَابْنُ بَكْرٍ قَالَا أَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ وَرَوْحٌ أَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ أَنَّ طَاوُسًا أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ حُجْرًا الْمَدَرِيَّ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْعُمْرَى فِي الْمِيرَاثِ.

Abd al-Razzaq and Ibn Bakr told us, they said: Ibn Jurayj told us; and Rawh [said]: Ibn Jurayj told us: Amr ibn Dinar told me that Tawus told him that Hujr al-Madari told him that he heard Zayd ibn Thabit say: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'The 'umra gift is subject to the rules of inheritance.'
