Abu Ahmad told us: Sufyan told us, from Khalid al-Hadhdha', from Abu Qilaba, from Amr ibn Bujdan, from Abu Dharr, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed the clean earth is the [means of] purification for the Muslim, even if he does not find water for ten years; but when he finds it, let him apply it to his skin, for that is better."
