حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَةَ بْنَ أَبِي لُبَابَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ زِرِّ بْنِ حُبَيْشٍ قَالَ قَالَ أُبَيٌّ لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ وَاللَّهِ إِنِّي لَأَعْلَمُهَا قَالَ شُعْبَةُ وَأَكْثَرُ عِلْمِي هِيَ اللَّيْلَةُ الَّتِي أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِقِيَامِهَا هِيَ لَيْلَةُ سَبْعٍ وَعِشْرِينَ وَإِنَّمَا شَكَّ شُعْبَةُ فِي هَذَا الْحَرْفِ هِيَ اللَّيْلَةُ الَّتِي أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنِي صَاحِبٌ لِي بِهَا عَنْهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: I heard Abdah ibn Abi Lubabah relate, from Zirr ibn Hubaysh, who said: Ubayy said: "The Night of Decree — by Allah, I indeed know it." Shu'bah said: "And to the best of my knowledge, it is the night on which the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded us to stand in prayer — it is the night of the twenty-seventh." Shu'bah was only uncertain about this phrase: "it is the night on which the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded us." He said: "And a companion of mine related it to me from him."
