حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ نَاصِحٍ أَبِي عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَأَنْ يُؤَدِّبَ الرَّجُلُ وَلَدَهُ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ بِنِصْفِ صَاعٍ و قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ مَا حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ نَاصِحٍ أَبِي عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ غَيْرَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ali ibn Thabit narrated to us from Nasih Abu Ubaydullah, from Simak ibn Harb, from Jabir ibn Samurah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "For a man to discipline his child is better for him than giving half a sa' in charity every day." Abu Abd al-Rahman said: My father did not narrate to me from Nasih Abu Ubaydullah other than this hadith.
