حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ أَبِي لَبِيدٍ قَالَ غَزَوْنَا مَعَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ كَابُلَ قَالَ فَأَصَابَ النَّاسُ غَنِيمَةً فَانْتَهَبُوهَا فَأَمَرَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَمُرَةَ مُنَادِيًا يُنَادِي فَنَادَى فَاجْتَمَعَ النَّاسُ فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ انْتَهَبَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا رُدُّوهَا فَرَدُّوهَا فَقَسَمَهَا بَيْنَهُمْ بِالسَّوِيَّةِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
'Affan told us, Jarir ibn Hazim told us, Ya'la ibn Hakim told us, from Abu Labid, who said: We went on a military campaign with 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Samura to Kabul. He said: The people obtained some spoils and plundered them. So 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Samura commanded a caller to announce, and he called out, and the people gathered. He said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say, 'Whoever plunders is not of us.' Return it." So they returned it, and he divided it among them equally.
