حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ مَطَرٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَوْطَأَ بَعِيرَهُ أُدْحِيَّ نَعَامٍ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَكَسَرَ بَيْضَهَا فَانْطَلَقَ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ لَهُ عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْكَ بِكُلِّ بَيْضَةٍ جَنِينُ نَاقَةٍ أَوْ ضِرَابُ نَاقَةٍ فَانْطَلَقَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ بِمَا سَمِعْتَ وَلَكِنْ هَلُمَّ إِلَى الرُّخْصَةِ عَلَيْكَ بِكُلِّ بَيْضَةٍ صَوْمٌ أَوْ إِطْعَامُ مِسْكِينٍ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us, Sa'id told us, from Matar, from Mu'awiya ibn Qurra, from a man of the Ansar: that a man let his camel step on an ostrich's nest while he was in the state of ihram, and broke its eggs. He went to 'Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, and asked him about it. 'Ali said to him, "For each egg, you owe a she-camel's unborn young, or the mating fee of a she-camel." Then he went to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and mentioned that to him. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "'Ali has said what you heard, but come, let me give you the concession: for each egg, a fast or feeding a poor person."
