Rawh narrated to us: 'Uthman al-Shahham narrated to us: Muslim b. Abi Bakra narrated to me, that he passed by his father while he was supplicating, saying: "O God, I seek refuge in You from disbelief, poverty, and the punishment of the grave." He said: I took them up from him and used to supplicate with them at the end of every prayer. He said: Then he passed by me while I was supplicating with them, and said: "O my son, how did you come to know these words?" I said: "O my father, I heard you supplicating with them at the end of every prayer, so I took them up from you." He said: "Then keep to them, my son, for the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, used to supplicate with them at the end of every prayer."
