حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ بُدَيْلٍ الْعُقَيْلِيِّ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ شَقِيقٍ أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ مَنْ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ بِوَادِي الْقُرَى وَهُوَ عَلَى فَرَسِهِ فَسَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ بُلْقِينَ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ هَؤُلَاءِ قَالَ هَؤُلَاءِ الْمَغْضُوبُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَأَشَارَ إِلَى الْيَهُودِ قَالَ فَمَنْ هَؤُلَاءِ قَالَ هَؤُلَاءِ الضَّالِّينَ يَعْنِي النَّصَارَى قَالَ وَجَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ اسْتُشْهِدَ مَوْلَاكَ أَوْ قَالَ غُلَامُكَ فُلَانٌ فَقَالَ بَلْ يُجَرُّ إِلَى النَّارِ فِي عَبَاءَةٍ غَلَّهَا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abd al-Razzaq told us: Ma'mar told us, from Budayl al-Uqayli: Abdullah ibn Shaqiq informed me, that he was informed by someone who heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) while he was at Wadi al-Qura, upon his horse, when a man from Balqayn asked him, saying: "O Messenger of Allah, who are these?" He said: "These are those upon whom [Allah's] wrath has fallen" - and he pointed to the Jews. He said: "Then who are these?" He said: "These are the astray" - meaning the Christians. He said: And a man came to him and said: "Your client" - or he said "your slave-boy," so-and-so - "has been martyred." He said: "No, rather he is being dragged into the Fire in a cloak he had stolen from the spoils."
