حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ وَعَفَّانُ قَالَا ثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَن أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ قَالَ عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو التَّيَّاحِ عَنْ حَفْصٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الْحَنْتَمِ وَلُبْسِ الْحَرِيرِ وَالتَّخَتُّمِ بِالذَّهَبِ.

Abdullah told us, my father told me, Rawh and Affan told us, they said: Hammad told us, from Abu at-Tayyah - Affan said: Abu at-Tayyah told us - from Hafs al-Laythi, from Imran ibn Husayn, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade the use of glazed clay jars, wearing silk, and wearing gold rings.
