حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ قَدِمْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ مُنِيخٌ بِالْأَبْطَحِ فَقَالَ لِي أَحَجَجْتَ قُلْتُ نَعَمْ قَالَ فَبِمَ أَهْلَلْتَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لَبَّيْكَ بِإِهْلَالٍ كَإِهْلَالِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ قَدْ أَحْسَنْتَ قَالَ طُفْ بِالْبَيْتِ وَبِالصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ ثُمَّ أَحِلَّ قَالَ فَطُفْتُ بِالْبَيْتِ وَبِالصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُ امْرَأَةً مِنْ بَنِي قَيْسٍ فَفَلَّتْ رَأْسِي ثُمَّ أَهْلَلْتُ بِالْحَجِّ قَالَ فَكُنْتُ أُفْتِي بِهِ النَّاسَ حَتَّى كَانَ خِلَافَةُ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ يَا أَبَا مُوسَى أَوْ يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ قَيْسٍ رُوَيْدَكَ بَعْضَ فُتْيَاكَ فَإِنَّكَ لَا تَدْرِي مَا أَحْدَثَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي شَأْنِ النُّسُكِ بَعْدَكَ قَالَ فَقَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ مَنْ كُنَّا أَفْتَيْنَاهُ فُتْيَا فَلْيَتَّئِدْ فَإِنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ قَادِمٌ عَلَيْكُمْ فَبِهِ فَأْتَمُّوا قَالَ فَقَدِمَ عُمَرُ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ إِنْ نَأْخُذْ بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ فَإِنَّ كِتَابَ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى يَأْمُرُنَا بِالتَّمَامِ وَإِنْ نَأْخُذْ بِسُنَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يَحِلَّ حَتَّى بَلَغَ الْهَدْيُ مَحِلَّهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad b. Ja'far narrated to us: Shu'ba narrated to us, from Qays b. Muslim, from Tariq b. Shihab, from Abu Musa, who said: I came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, while he was encamped at al-Abtah, and he said to me: "Have you performed Hajj?" I said: Yes. He said: "With what did you enter ihram?" I said: "Labbayk, with an ihram like the ihram of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him." He said: "You have done well." He said: "Circumambulate the House, and go between Safa and Marwah, then release yourself from ihram." So I circumambulated the House and went between Safa and Marwah, then I came to a woman from Banu Qays who combed my head, and then I entered ihram for Hajj. He said: So I continued giving people rulings according to it, until it was the caliphate of Umar, may Allah Almighty be pleased with him, when a man said: "O Abu Musa," or "O Abdullah b. Qays, hold back a bit on your rulings, for you do not know what the Commander of the Faithful has introduced concerning the rites after you left." He said: So he said: "O people, whoever we have given a ruling to, let him wait, for the Commander of the Faithful is arriving among you, so follow him." He said: Then Umar arrived, and I mentioned that to him, and he said: "If we take the Book of Allah, then the Book of Allah, the Exalted, commands us to complete it; and if we take the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, then the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, did not release himself from ihram until the sacrificial animal had reached its place."
