حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بُرْقَانَ عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ اخْتَصَمَ رَجُلَانِ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي أَرْضٍ أَحَدُهُمَا مِنْ أَهْلِ حَضْرَمَوْتَ قَالَ فَجَعَلَ يَمِينَ أَحَدِهِمَا قَالَ فَضَجَّ الْآخَرُ وَقَالَ إِنَّهُ إِذًا يَذْهَبُ بِأَرْضِي فَقَالَ إِنْ هُوَ اقْتَطَعَهَا بِيَمِينِهِ ظُلْمًا كَانَ مِمَّنْ لَا يَنْظُرُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِ وَلَهُ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ قَالَ وَوَرِعَ الْآخَرُ فَرَدَّهَا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Husayn b. Ali narrated to us, from Ja'far b. Burqan, from Thabit b. al-Hajjaj, from Abu Burda, from Abu Musa, who said: Two men disputed before the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, over a piece of land, one of them from the people of Hadramawt. He said: So he was about to have one of them take an oath. The other cried out and said: "If he does so, he will take away my land!" So he said: "If he seizes it by his oath wrongfully, he will be among those whom Allah, Mighty and Majestic, will not look at on the Day of Resurrection, nor purify, and for him is a painful punishment." He said: So the other showed restraint and gave it back.
