Yahya b. Sa'id narrated to us, from Husayn al-Mu'allim: Amr b. Shu'ayb narrated to us: Amr b. al-Sharid narrated to me, from his father al-Sharid b. Suwayd, who said: I said, O Messenger of Allah, what about a piece of land in which no one has a partner or a share except the right of being neighbors? He said: "The neighbor has more right to pre-emption of it, whatever the case."
