حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ خَلْفَ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ عَلَى جِنَازَةٍ فَكَبَّرَ خَمْسًا فَقَامَ إِلَيْهِ أَبُو عِيسَى عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى فَأَخَذَ بِيَدِهِ فَقَالَ نَسِيتَ قَالَ لَا وَلَكِنْ صَلَّيْتُ خَلْفَ أَبِي الْقَاسِمِ خَلِيلِي صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَكَبَّرَ خَمْسًا فَلَا أَتْرُكُهَا أَبَدًا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Aswad ibn Amir told us: Isra'il told us, from Abd al-A'la, who said: I prayed behind Zayd ibn Arqam over a funeral, and he said the takbir five times. Abu Isa Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Layla went up to him and took his hand and said: Did you forget? He said: No, but I prayed behind Abu al-Qasim, my beloved friend, peace and blessings be upon him, and he said the takbir five times, so I shall never abandon it.
