حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا حَمْزَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ قَالَ أَوَّلُ مَنْ أَسْلَمَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ قَالَ عَمْرٌو فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِإِبْرَاهِيمَ فَأَنْكَرَ ذَلِكَ وَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yazid ibn Harun told us: Shu'bah informed us, from Amr ibn Murrah, who said: I heard Abu Hamzah narrate from Zayd ibn Arqam, who said: The first to embrace Islam with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was Ali, may Allah be pleased with him. Amr said: I mentioned that to Ibrahim, and he denied it, saying instead: Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him.
