حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ عِلَاقَةَ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ قَالَ لِي حَبْرٌ بِالْيَمَنِ إِنْ كَانَ صَاحِبُكُمْ نَبِيًّا فَقَدْ مَاتَ الْيَوْمَ قَالَ جَرِيرٌ فَمَاتَ يَوْمَ الِاثْنَيْنِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Sa'id, the freedman of the Banu Hashim, told us: Za'ida told us: Ziyad ibn 'Ilaqa told us, from Jarir, who said: A Jewish scholar in Yemen said to me, "If your companion is a prophet, then he died today." Jarir said: And he died on a Monday, peace and blessings be upon him.
