حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي طَارِقُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْقُرَشِيُّ قَالَ جَاءَ رَافِعُ بْنُ رِفَاعَةَ إِلَى مَجْلِسِ الْأَنْصَارِ فَقَالَ لَقَدْ نَهَانَا نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْيَوْمَ عَنْ شَيْءٍ كَانَ يَرْفُقُ بِنَا فِي مَعَايِشِنَا فَقَالَ نَهَانَا عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ قَالَ مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ لِيُزْرِعْهَا أَخَاهُ أَوْ لِيَدَعْهَا وَنَهَانَا عَنْ كَسْبِ الْحَجَّامِ وَأَمَرَنَا أَنْ نُطْعِمَهُ نَوَاضِحَنَا وَنَهَانَا عَنْ كَسْبِ الْأَمَةِ إِلَّا مَا عَمِلَتْ بِيَدِهَا وَقَالَ هَكَذَا بِأَصَابِعِهِ نَحْوَ الْخَبْزِ وَالْغَزْلِ وَالنَّفْشِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hashim ibn al-Qasim told us, Ikrima - meaning Ibn Ammar - told us, he said: Tariq ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Qurashi told me: Rafi' ibn Rifa'a came to a gathering of the Ansar and said, "The Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, has forbidden us today from something that used to ease our livelihoods." He said: He forbade us from renting out land, saying, "Whoever has land, let him cultivate it himself, or let him have his brother cultivate it, or let him leave it uncultivated." And he forbade us from the earnings of the cupper (blood-letter), but commanded us to feed it to our watering camels. And he forbade us from the earnings of the slave-girl except what she earned with her own hand, and he gestured with his fingers like this, indicating things such as bread-making, spinning, and carding wool.
