حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ عَنْ شِبَاكٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ أَخْبَرَنِي فُلَانٌ الثَّقَفِيُّ قَالَ سَأَلْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ثَلَاثٍ فَلَمْ يُرَخِّصْ لَنَا فِي شَيْءٍ مِنْهُنَّ سَأَلْنَاهُ أَنْ يَرُدَّ إِلَيْنَا أَبَا بَكْرَةَ وَكَانَ مَمْلُوكًا وَأَسْلَمَ قَبْلَنَا فَقَالَ لَا هُوَ طَلِيقُ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ طَلِيقُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ سَأَلْنَاهُ أَنْ يُرَخِّصَ لَنَا فِي الشِّتَاءِ وَكَانَتْ أَرْضُنَا أَرْضًا بَارِدَةً يَعْنِي فِي الطَّهُورِ فَلَمْ يُرَخِّصْ لَنَا وَسَأَلْنَاهُ أَنْ يُرَخِّصَ لَنَا فِي الدُّبَّاءِ فَلَمْ يُرَخِّصْ لَنَا فِيهِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
'Ali ibn 'Asim told us: al-Mughirah informed us, from Shibak, from 'Amir: a certain man of Thaqif told me, who said: We asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, about three things, and he did not grant us a concession in any of them. We asked him to return Abu Bakrah to us - he had been a slave and had accepted Islam before us - and he said: No, he is a freedman of Allah, then a freedman of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. Then we asked him to grant us a concession in winter - our land being a cold land - regarding purification, but he did not grant us a concession; and we asked him to grant us a concession regarding the gourd, but he did not grant us a concession in it either.
