حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ عَنْ جُرَيٍّ النَّهْدِيِّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي سُلَيْمٍ قَالَ عَقَدَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي يَدِهِ أَوْ فِي يَدِي فَقَالَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ نِصْفُ الْمِيزَانِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ تَمْلَأُ الْمِيزَانَ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ تَمْلَأُ مَا بَيْنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَالطُّهُورُ نِصْفُ الْإِيمَانِ وَالصَّوْمُ نِصْفُ الصَّبْرِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Mu'adh ibn Mu'adh narrated to us: Shu'bah informed us: Abu Ishaq al-Hamdani informed us, from Jurayy al-Nahdi, from a man of Banu Sulaym, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, held (counted) on his hand, or on my hand, and said: SubhanAllah is half of the scale, and Alhamdulillah fills the scale, and Allahu Akbar fills what is between heaven and earth, and purification is half of faith, and fasting is half of patience.
