حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غَنْمٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَارِجَةَ قَالَ خَطَبَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ عَلَى نَاقَتِهِ وَأَنَا تَحْتَ جِرَانِهَا وَهِيَ تَقْصَعُ بِجِرَّتِهَا وَلُعَابُهَا يَسِيلُ بَيْنَ كَتِفَيَّ فَقَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قَدْ أَعْطَى كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ وَلَا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ وَالْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ وَمَنْ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ أَوْ انْتَمَى إِلَى غَيْرِ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
'Affan narrated to us: Hammad narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Shahr ibn Hawshab, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Ghanm, from 'Amr ibn Kharijah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, delivered a sermon while on his she-camel, and I was beneath the underside of its neck, while it was chewing its cud, its saliva flowing between my shoulders, and he said: 'Allah, Mighty and Sublime, has given every rightful person his due, and there is no bequest for an heir. The child belongs to the marriage-bed, and for the adulterer is the stone. Whoever claims descent from other than his father, or attributes himself to other than his patrons, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people; no compensation nor equivalent will be accepted from him.'
