حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ فِرَاسٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ مُطِيعُ بْنُ الْأَسْوَدِ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ لَا يَنْبَغِي أَنْ يُقْتَلَ قُرَشِيٌّ بَعْدَ يَوْمِهِ هَذَا صَبْرًا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Mu'awiyah ibn Hisham Abu al-Hasan narrated to us: Shayban narrated to us, from Firas, from al-Sha'bi, who said: Muti' ibn al-Aswad said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said on the Day of the Conquest: 'It is not fitting that any Qurashi be executed after this day of his in cold blood.'
