حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غَنْمٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَارِجَةَ قَالَ خَطَبَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ عَلَى نَاقَتِهِ وَأَنَا تَحْتَ جِرَانِهَا وَهِيَ تَقْصَعُ بِجِرَّتِهَا وَلُعَابُهَا يَسِيلُ بَيْنَ كَتِفَيَّ قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ أَعْطَى لِكُلِّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ وَلَا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ وَالْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ وَمَنْ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ أَوْ انْتَمَى إِلَى غَيْرِ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Affan told us: Hammad told us, from Qatadah, from Shahr ibn Hawshab, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Ghanm, from Amr ibn Kharijah, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, delivered a sermon while upon his she-camel, and I was beneath its lower jaw, while it was chewing its cud and its saliva was flowing between my shoulders. He said: 'Indeed, God, Mighty and Majestic, has given every rightful person his due, and there is no bequest for an heir. The child belongs to the marriage-bed, and for the adulterer is the stone. And whoever claims descent from other than his father, or attributes himself to other than his rightful patrons, upon him is the curse of God, the angels, and all the people together. No ransom nor compensation will be accepted from him.'
