Suwayd ibn 'Amr al-Kalbi and Yunus narrated to us, both said: Aban narrated to us, he said: Qatadah narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from 'Uqbah ibn 'Amir, that the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "If two guardians give a woman in marriage, it belongs to the first of them; and if he sells to two men, it belongs to the first of them." My father said, and Yunus said, "and if a man makes a sale to two men."
