Ya'qub narrated to us, he said: My father narrated to us from Ibn Ishaq, he said: Yazid ibn Abi Habib al-Misri told me, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Shimasah al-Tujibi, who said: I heard 'Uqbah ibn 'Amir al-Juhani say, while upon the pulpit of Egypt: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say, "It is not lawful for a man to bid over his brother's sale until he withdraws."
