حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ أَبِي النَّجُودِ عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِي شَارِبِ الْخَمْرِ إِذَا شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبَ الثَّالِثَةَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَاضْرِبُوا عُنُقَهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us from Sufyan from 'Asim ibn Abi al-Najud from Dhakwan from Mu'awiya ibn Abi Sufyan, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said concerning the wine-drinker: 'When he drinks wine, flog him; then when he drinks, flog him; then when he drinks a third time, flog him; then when he drinks a fourth time, strike his neck.'
