حَدَّثَنَا عَارِمٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ مَعْبَدٍ الْقَاصِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Arim narrated to us: Abu 'Awana narrated to us from al-Mughira from Ma'bad al-Qass from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn 'Abd from Mu'awiya, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: 'Whoever drinks wine, flog him; if he repeats it, flog him; if he repeats it, flog him; if he repeats it a fourth time, kill him.'
