قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ عَنْ عَمِّهِ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْهِ وَإِنَّهُ لَوَاقِفٌ عَلَى بَعِيرٍ لَهُ بِعَرَفَاتٍ مَعَ النَّاسِ حَتَّى يَدْفَعَ مَعَهُمْ مِنْهَا تَوْفِيقًا مِنْ اللَّهِ لَهُ.

He said: Ya'qub told us, he said: My father told us, from Ibn Ishaq, he said: Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr ibn Muhammad ibn Amr ibn Hazm al-Ansari told me, from Uthman ibn Abi Sulayman ibn Jubayr ibn Mut'im, from his uncle Nafi' ibn Jubayr ibn Mut'im, from his father Jubayr, who said: I saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, before revelation was sent down to him, standing on his camel at Arafat with the people until he moved on with them from there, as a guidance granted to him by Allah.
