حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ مُنِيبٍ عَنْ عَمِّهِ قَالَ بَلَغَ رَجُلًا عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ سَتَرَ أَخَاهُ الْمُسْلِمَ فِي الدُّنْيَا سَتَرَهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَرَحَلَ إِلَيْهِ وَهُوَ بِمِصْرَ فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْ الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ نَعَمْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ سَتَرَ أَخَاهُ الْمُسْلِمَ فِي الدُّنْيَا سَتَرَهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ قَالَ وَأَنَا قَدْ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
He said: Mu'ammal ibn Isma'il Abu Abd al-Rahman told us, he said: Hammad told us, he said: Abd al-Malik ibn Umayr told us, from Munib, from his uncle, who said: It reached a man that a man among the Companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was narrating from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said, "Whoever conceals the faults of his Muslim brother in this world, God will conceal him on the Day of Resurrection." So he traveled to him while he was in Egypt and asked him about the hadith. He said, "Yes, I heard the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, say, 'Whoever conceals the faults of his Muslim brother in this world, God will conceal him on the Day of Resurrection.'" He said: And I too heard it from the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him.
