قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ كَعْبٍ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ قَالَ كُنْتُ أَنَامُ فِي حُجْرَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَكُنْتُ أَسْمَعُهُ إِذَا قَامَ مِنْ اللَّيْلِ يُصَلِّي يَقُولُ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ الْهَوِيَّ قَالَ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ الْهَوِيَّ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
He said: Abd al-Razzaq told us: Ma'mar told us, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Abu Salamah ibn Abd al-Rahman, from Rabi'ah ibn Ka'b al-Aslami, who said: I used to sleep in the chamber of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and I would hear him, when he rose at night to pray, saying Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds for a long while. He said: Then he would say Glory be to Allah the Immense, and praise be to Him for a long while.
