قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ خَلَّادٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ أَخَافَ أَهْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ أَخَافَهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Affan told us, he said: Hammad — that is, Ibn Salamah — told us, from Yahya ibn Sa'id, from Muslim ibn Abi Maryam, from Ata' ibn Yasar, from al-Sa'ib ibn Khallad: that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever frightens the people of Medina, Allah, Mighty and Majestic, will frighten him, and upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people together; Allah will not accept from him on the Day of Resurrection any compensation or ransom."
