وَقَالَ سَلَمَةُ بَايَعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِيمَنْ بَايَعَهُ تَحْتَ الشَّجَرَةِ ثُمَّ مَرَرْتُ بِهِ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ وَمَعَهُ قَوْمٌ فَقَالَ بَايِعْ يَا سَلَمَةُ فَقُلْتُ قَدْ فَعَلْتُ قَالَ وَأَيْضًا فَبَايَعْتُهُ الثَّانِيَةَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Salamah said: "I gave the pledge of allegiance to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, among those who pledged allegiance under the tree. Then I passed by him after that while he had some people with him, and he said: 'Give the pledge, O Salamah.' I said: 'I have already done so.' He said: 'Do it again.'" So I gave him the pledge a second time.
