حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ أَبُو يَحْيَى قَاضِي الْيَمَامَةِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِيَاسُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِذَا حَضَرَتْ الصَّلَاةُ وَالْعَشَاءُ فَابْدَءُوا بِالْعَشَاءِ.

Abu al-Nadr narrated to us, who said: Ayyub ibn 'Utbah Abu Yahya, the judge of al-Yamamah, narrated to us, who said: Iyas ibn Salamah ibn al-Akwa' narrated to us, from his father, who said: I heard the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, say: "When the prayer and the evening meal are both present, begin with the evening meal."
