قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ عَنْ عَمِّهِ قَالَ شَهِدْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَرَجَ يَسْتَسْقِي فَوَلَّى ظَهْرَهُ النَّاسَ وَاسْتَقْبَلَ الْقِبْلَةَ وَحَوَّلَ رِدَاءَهُ وَجَعَلَ يَدْعُو وَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَجَهَرَ بِالْقِرَاءَةِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
He said: Yazid narrated to us, saying: Ibn Abi Dhi'b informed us, from al-Zuhri, from 'Abbad ibn Tamim, from his uncle, who said: I witnessed the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, go out to pray for rain. He turned his back to the people and faced the qiblah, reversed his cloak, and began to supplicate. He prayed two rak'ahs and recited aloud.
