حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ صَوْمِ الدَّهْرِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ لَا صَامَ وَلَا أَفْطَرَ أَوْ قَالَ لَمْ يَصُمْ وَلَمْ يُفْطِرْ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
'Affan told us: Hammam told us, from Qatadah, from Mutarrif, from his father, that a man asked the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, about fasting continuously the whole year, and the Prophet said: He neither fasted nor broke his fast, or he said: he did not fast and did not break his fast.
