حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْعَيْزَارِ بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ الْعَبْدِيِّ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَجِبْتُ لِلْمُؤْمِنِ إِنْ أَصَابَهُ خَيْرٌ حَمِدَ اللَّهَ وَشَكَرَ وَإِنْ أَصَابَتْهُ مُصِيبَةٌ احْتَسَبَ وَصَبَرَ الْمُؤْمِنُ يُؤْجَرُ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ حَتَّى فِي اللُّقْمَةِ يَرْفَعُهَا إِلَى فِيهِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Sa'd reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'I am amazed at the believer: if good befalls him, he praises Allah and gives thanks. If a calamity befalls him, he seeks reward and is patient. The believer is rewarded for everything, even for the morsel he raises to his own mouth.'
