حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ حَرْبِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي أُمِّهِ رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي تَغْلِبَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ عُشُورٌ إِنَّمَا الْعُشُورُ عَلَى الْيَهُودِ وَالنَّصَارَى.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Jarir narrated to us from Ata' ibn al-Sa'ib, from Harb ibn Hilal al-Thaqafi, from the father of his mother, a man of Banu Taghlib, that he heard the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, say: There is no tithe upon the Muslims; the tithes are only upon the Jews and the Christians.
