الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Amr ibn Alqamah al-Laythi narrated to us from his father, from his grandfather Alqamah, from Bilal ibn al-Harith al-Muzani, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: A man may speak a word pleasing to God, Mighty and Sublime, without realizing how far it will reach, and God, Mighty and Sublime, will record for him through it His pleasure until the Day of Resurrection; and a man may speak a word that angers God, Mighty and Sublime, without realizing how far it will reach, and God, Mighty and Sublime, will record against him through it His anger until the Day of Resurrection. He said: Alqamah used to say: How much talk this hadith of Bilal ibn al-Harith has kept me from.
