الترجمة الإنجليزية
Affan told us, saying: Shu'bah told us: al-Hakam informed me, from Mujahid, from Rafi' ibn Khadij, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade al-haql. I said: "What is al-haql?" He said: "A third or a quarter [of the produce as rent for land]." When Ibrahim heard that, he disliked [taking] a third or a quarter, but saw no harm in taking bare land for dirhams.
