حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَا قَطْعَ فِي ثَمَرٍ وَلَا كَثَرٍ.

Yazid told us, saying: Yahya informed us, from Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn Habban, from Rafi' ibn Khadij, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: "There is no [hand-]cutting for stealing fruit still on the tree, nor for palm-heart."
