حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي مَحْذُورَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ عَلِّمْنِي سُنَّةَ الْأَذَانِ فَمَسَحَ بِمُقَدَّمِ رَأْسِي وَقَالَ قُلْ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ تَرْفَعُ بِهَا صَوْتَكَ ثُمَّ تَقُولُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ تَخْفِضُ بِهَا صَوْتَكَ ثُمَّ تَرْفَعُ صَوْتَكَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ مَرَّتَيْنِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ مَرَّتَيْنِ فَإِنْ كَانَ صَلَاةُ الصُّبْحِ قُلْتَ الصَّلَاةُ خَيْرٌ مِنْ النَّوْمِ الصَّلَاةُ خَيْرٌ مِنْ النَّوْمِ مَرَّتَيْنِ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Surayj ibn al-Nu'man told us, al-Harith ibn Ubayd told us, from Muhammad ibn Abd al-Malik ibn Abi Mahdhurah, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: I said, "O Messenger of Allah, teach me the sunnah of the call to prayer." So he wiped the front of my head and said, "Say: Allah is greatest, Allah is greatest — raising your voice with it; then say: I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, I bear witness that there is no god but Allah; I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah — twice, lowering your voice with it; then raise your voice: I bear witness that there is no god but Allah — twice; I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah — twice; hasten to prayer, hasten to prayer; hasten to success, hasten to success — twice. And if it is the dawn prayer, say: prayer is better than sleep, prayer is better than sleep — twice. Allah is greatest, Allah is greatest; there is no god but Allah."
