Yahya ibn Abi Bukayr told us, Zuhayr told us, Abu al-Zubayr told us, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever is a partner in a property or palm-trees, he has no right to sell until he informs his partner. If he agrees, he may take it; and if he dislikes it, he may leave it."
