حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ حَدَّثَنِي حُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ إِنَّ أَخِي مَاتَ فَكَيْفَ أُكَفِّنُهُ قَالَ أَحْسِنْ كَفَنَهُ.

Zayd ibn al-Hubab told us, Husayn ibn Waqid told me, Abu al-Zubayr told me, from Jabir: that a man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: My brother has died; how should I shroud him? He said: Make his shroud good.
