حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ نُعْمَانَ بْنَ قَوْقَلٍ جَاءَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَرَأَيْتَ إِذَا صَلَّيْتُ الْمَكْتُوبَاتِ وَصُمْتُ رَمَضَانَ وَحَرَّمْتُ الْحَرَامَ وَأَحْلَلْتُ الْحَلَالَ وَلَمْ أَزِدْ عَلَى ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا أَفَأَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ نَعَمْ فَقَالَ وَاللَّهِ لَا أَزِيدُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Musa told us, Ibn Lahi'ah told us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, that Nu'man ibn Qawqal came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and said, "O Messenger of Allah, tell me - if I pray the obligatory prayers, fast Ramadan, forbid what is forbidden, and permit what is permitted, and add nothing else to that, will I enter Paradise?" He said, "Yes." The man said, "By Allah, I will add nothing else to that."
