حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ مِنْ تَمَامِ الصَّلَاةِ إِقَامَةَ الصَّفِّ.

Abd al-Razzaq told us: Ma'mar told us, from Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Aqil, from Jabir ibn Abdullah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed part of the perfection of prayer is keeping the row straight."
